Shweta Sharma

Founder

Shweta Sharma has had an intense experience of 15 years in Organizational Behavior and People Development Domain. She’s also a Game Designer, Certified by Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and Instructional Designer. She has worked with over 30 organizations as a consultant from across industries and verticals to develop behavior-specific competencies and has completed several Quality Circle (Six Sigma) Projects too. She studied Social Psychology from Wesleyan University and English Literature from Delhi University.

She has designed and delivered multiple assignments in developing Interpersonal Skills at work and realizes that organizations today need much focused set of interventions to develop a Collaborative Climate and Spirit.

As Founder of Collaborative Climate, she offers ‘Return on Investment’ methods to ensure higher productivity and efficiency as part of enhancing Collaborative Spirit in Teams and Leaders through various interventions.

Stefan Gebert

Stefan is a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (CNVC, USA) and a Certified Leadership Coach (Leadership that Works, New York). He holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Sociology and further certifications in Adult Learning/Group Facilitation, Appreciative Inquiry and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Based in India since 2009 Stefan works internationally, mainly with corporations and agencies for international cooperation.

Lagan Kochhar

Chief Collaborator

Lagan is a Leadership Development and Coaching Specialist (ICF Accredited), having lived and worked in 6 countries across 3 continents, she's worked about all over the world!

She has worked in the capacity of Client Director as well as Programme Director for London Business School since 2009. Her projects have included the design and direction of a leadership development programme and more in partnership or as consultant at The Indian School of Business (ISB), Indian Police Service, Epson, BBVA bank, Santander Bank, and Danone.

Born and raised in Canada, she completed her BSc in Psychology (University of Alberta, Canada), MBA at ESADE Business School (Barcelona, Spain), MSc in Business Management Research (Henley Business School, UK).

Dr (Major) Rupinder Kaur

Chief Collaborator

Dr. (Major) Rupinder Kaur has specialization in Designing Training and recently won an award by ISTD for Innovative Training Practices. She is an Ex-Army Officer and has also headed functions such as OD and L&D at various organizations

A veteran, she is conversant with the discipline and the camaraderie that the Forces are identified with and that has helped her design and implement many a collaborative solutions for NCOs, JCOs and officers in the Indian Army. She headed the organizational development department of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, instilling a transformational culture for a 10,000+ workforce pan India enabling Emcure to become a learning organisation. She is keen on giving back to the society which led her to be closely associated with Goodwill of North Georgia, an NGO for Afro Asian community in Atlanta which aimed at skilling the underprivileged for employment.

She has also consulted with Accenture, Reliance, Strengthscape, ATD, amongst others on various domains of training design and development.
