Chief Collaborator

“I work with people to facilitate honest, meaningful and goal-oriented communication. The driving principle in this work is to co-create new paradigms with groups and individuals - in order to move forward with increased awareness, alignment and the skills for personal and collaborative leadership.
To me, creating power with rather than over people is what makes people thrive and enables exceptional outcomes on all fronts. In my observation of the world, organisations filled with aligned, empowered and collaborative people will not only outperform hierarchical organisations every time, they will just be more alive.”

One of the most important things for a startup is the unique culture they have and it is a challenge to preserve it as the team grows. The interventions by Collaborative Climate group were very helpful and helped us align our activities in preserving that and also inculcating the values to the new people in the company.
