An Organisation as an Elephant!

An Organisation as Elephant!

If an organisation is an elephant, then it is indeed true that different divisions end-up looking at different aspects and so even form different Visions & Missions!

This often collides with the need for collective growth and efficiency.

“What can you do to bring them together?”

“Will the leaders get-together as intended?”

The answers can be many and the task is indeed tough; we can help create an action-plan and also facilitate discussions.

Listening & Understanding Skill

Listening & Understanding Skill

We recently conducted a survey to gauge challenges in Collaboration at Work, ‘Listening and Understanding’ was rated as one of the top 3 challenges that inhibit Collaborative Spirit.

“The biggest mistake by most humans:

1)Listening Half

2)Understanding Quarter

3)Telling Double!”

We conduct specific and progressive series of interventions that enable ‘Listening and Understanding’ as a skill amongst team-members.

UNCONFERENCE: CHAPTER #12

Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Gamification these are some of the disciplines that we have become familiar with only in this decade.

And they are already transforming us – from shaping our perspectives to threatening jobs – absolutely carving the way we have been working all along!!

On April 28th 2017, we concluded our Unconference #12 with the topic – ‘Data and HR Analytics’. This was to facilitate another Collaborative and Informal-Peer Learning Experience with Senior Leaders, and what a fantastic experience it was!

At Collaborative Climate, we promote Value of Collaboration at work for Higher Productivity & Engagement, and Lower Stress & Hostility.

For the Unconference, Business and HR Leaders from different organisations again came together to learn and share the best-practices and trends on ‘Data and HR Analytics’.

Pace Setter – Gaurav Vasu | Global Market Intelligence and Analytics Lead, did a fantastic job of initiating an interactive session. He kick-started the conversation with a Pre Assessment for all  to assess the Maturity of their Organisation on the Stages of Analytics they are ready for.

He addressed questions, articulated perspectives on a range of areas we discussed.

The Unconferences that we curate are a medium to facilitate Collaborative and Informal Peer-learning; and we don’t charge the Unconferencers for that!

These are small group (up to 15 participants at a time) Exclusive and Informal get-togethers. We create real and meaty discussions so everybody gets to take back their share of authentic learning.

Look forward to more in this space and if you would like to be invited for an Unconference, please write to us at contact@collaborativeclimate.com
