We recently conducted our Signature Workshop ‘Humor at Work’, at DB Schenker that received a standing ovation.

Objectives of workshop are: Need for Light-headedness, Combining Fun with Work and Appropriacy of Humor at a Workplace.

The importance for this workshop is high-lighted in the ever increasing Stress and Hostility Quotient that directly impacts Productivity and Engagement Quotient at work.

In this one-day session, we promote Sense of Humor at work via a range of different activities to not only get the point across but also practice Mental Flexibility and Humor.

Collaboration in Ladakh, India

Collaboration in Ladakh

“A Leader is someone who steps back from the entire system and tries to build a more collaborative, more innovative system that will work over the long term.” – Robert Reich

This quote on Leadership seems to be inspired from the work of Mr Sonam Wangchuk, who has reformed Ladakh and even parts of Jammu region in multiple ways.

He is Laureate of multiple National and International Awards & Honors: Governor’s Medal, Rolex Awards for Enterprise, Terra Award, UNESCO Chair for Earthen Architecture and many more.

Mr Wangchuk’s character was briefly depicted as Phunsuk Wangdu towards the end of the movie ‘3 Idiots’, and was played by Actor – Mr Aamir Khan.

Earlier this month, Ms Shweta Sharma, Founder – Collaborative Climate, met Mr Wangchuk and Mr Dilip Jain, Founders – SECMOL and HIAL: Students’ Education and Cultural Movement of Ladakh and Himalayan Institute of Alternatives respectively.

The objective was to launch the Leadership Development series for Top Leaders across industries.

Over his Bold yet Collaborative Leadership career of 30 years, Mr Wangchuk has facilitated Visions as he inspired the people of these regions. His work has spanned around:

  • Identifying Root Causes of Local Challenges
  • Creating (Very) Innovative Solutions for Long-term Reforms
  • Inspiring Stake-holders – Government Officials, Educationists, Students, Local People
  • Overcoming Extreme Challenges
  • Achieving and Setting Forth Again
