These are small group (up to 15 leaders) Exclusive and Informal get-togethers. We create real and meaty discussions so everybody gets to take back their share of authentic learning.

Bobo Doll Experiment

Bobo Doll

Observational & Social Learning high-lighted in experiments such as Bobo Doll Experiment mention that a mind in forming stage is like a sponge!

In the Bobo Doll Experiment, the researchers from Stanford Uni studied the behaviors of children after they watched an adult model act aggressively towards a Bobo Doll. Result, these children too acted violently towards the Doll post their observation of the violent act.

Clearly, if the leaders want their members to collaborate, they must model that behaviour!
