Buddies can be Peers or a pair of a senior & junior. This depends upon the nature of the task that needs to be carried out for certain expected or even unexpected results!

  • If possible, let the buddies find and recruit each other – facilitate relevant platforms
  • Conducted a series of Trust-building exercises at regular intervals
